Returns policy

In the event of you changing your mind about your order in the first 24 hours after placing it you can email us and request a cancellation. Please be aware that all sizes and descriptions of the pieces are mentioned on each listing in the shop. We do not accept cancellations on any custom work due to the fact that it was made specifically for you and all details are agreed prior to purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund.  All return windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives with you.
